With its innovative and compact design, INK 3000 Light is a machine that drains, cleans, fills and decontaminates all main (black and colored) inkjet cartridge models. Through its vacuum filling process it guarantees the absence of air bubbles in the printer head, avoiding leakage and imperfections due to air or ink flow instability.

Developed for a demanding market, Ink Light recycles the following cartridges: 21, 22, 27, 28, 56, 57, 74, 75, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 6625, 1823, 6578, 641, 6615, 645, 640, 626, 629 e 6614, Lex 16, 17, 26 and 27 guaranteeing excellent results in the recycling process, with high printing quality, durability of the cartridges and a harnessing potential that guarantees an excellent profitability.

Light and compact, it is ideal for small spaces and can be installed within little kiosks or in whichever way that allows the employees in your company to follow the cartridge recycling process, be it black or colored.

- Average cost of productions for a black recycled HP 21/27/56 cartridge:

A black 21, 27 or 56 cartridge - more frequently used in the general market supplying up to 60% of all printers – recycled has an average cost of R$ 1,93 for refilling the clients cartridge and an average sales price of R$20,00.

The supplies used in the black cartridges 21, 27 and 56 are:

- R$ 0,74      15 ml of pigmented black ink;
- R$ 0,09      Identification Sticker;
- R$ 0,79      Acrylic box for cartridge packaging;
- R$ 0,22      Protection clip for the packaging of the recycled cartridge;
- R$ 0,08      “Blue Tape” used to protect the printer head.

- Average cost of production of a recycled colored cartridge HP 22/28/57:

For the colored cartridges 22, 28, and 57, that supply the main printers in the market, the average cost of production is about R$4,09 to recycle the cartridge from the client and has an average sales cost of R$30,00.

The supplies used in the colored cartridges 22,28 and 57 are:

- R$ 2,82      21 ml of colored ink (7ml of each color);
- R$ 0,09      Identification Sticker;
- R$ 0,79      Acrylic box for cartridge packaging;
- R$ 0,22      Protection clip for the packaging of the recycled cartridge;
- R$ 0,08     “Blue Tape” used to protect the printer head

- Technical Qualification:

For the machine’s clients, Paraí offers a free of charge recycling course directed to the technology and the processes of the machine. The course will be given in our laboratory in João Pessoa – Pb, where everyone will get to know how the process works and will have a better understanding of how a recycling lab works.

Procedures such as selling empty cartridges, draining them, washing, decontaminating and filling are looked at in a practical sense guaranteeing a better understanding.
Videos, Manuals, Guides and Tables are available in the web site guaranteeing better client support to the ones that wish to start their activities without going through the recycling course.

Scheduled trainings are periodically given in the franchise located in São Paulo, guaranteeing better support to the clients in the South, South-East and Center-East Regions.
