HOW IT WORKS
Mini IN-VAC fills, through a vacuum environment (The Vacuum Chamber), reservoirs toner. This process can be done through the use of bags, barrils or through powder bottles. As the vacuum is formed inside the chamber, switches are opened to let the toner powder descend by suction. This is the very same technology used by PARAI for more than 7 years, for filling Ink Cartridges, which originated the conclusive patent PI 0003237-9 BR. This reservoir and cartridge filling process with toner powder enables a much BETTER QUALITY to the final product, due to the vacuum process which renders the particles the capacity of getting loose from one another making it possible for the vacuum system to suck them all from the air, avoiding polluting the work area and also preventing any damages to the operator’s health.

In-Vac was again among the nominees to the Readers’ Choice Awards, which is considered to be the Oscar of the Recycling Business, under its main category: BEST NEW PRODUCT with the machine Toner Station Vac which also comes with the In-Vac technology. Now, Parai launches the Mini IN-VAC, which fills toner powder reservoirs with the same efficiency from the complete IN-VAC.
The Mini IN-VAC is composed of:
1) A toner powder vacuum cleaner specifically developed for this function;
2) A grill to be placed within the bag, which does not allow the plastic of the bag to be sucked into the vacuum chamber.
3) A half-silo to place the bag with the grill;
4) A big silo to place the toner powder coming from the bags or barrels;
5) A vacuum meter;
6) A rapid clamp for use with powder vessels;
7) A control box with an electronic display that registers the weight of the desired toner powder;
8) Two screws for the fixing in place of the rod for the sustentation of the silos;
9) 4 nylon rods for the fixing in place of the toner cartridges within the vacuum chamber;
10) A load cell where the bottles and toner cartridges are placed,
11) The vacuum chamber;
12) The silo sustentation rod.
13) And a support to receive the silos when they are being filled.
MAIN FEATURES
1) HIGH FILLING SPEED
Mini IN-VAC has an outflow of up to 500 grams in only 12 seconds. The operator manually regulates the opening, the outflow and the closing of the toner powder flow. 2) VERSATILY
Mini IN-VAC allows the operator to work with different kinds of toner powders. Originally the Mini IN-VAC goes with four silos / whoppers and 1 kilogram bottle. Extra silos to the bags and peaks with switches for bottles can be acquired separately.
3) LOW SOUND POLLUTION
The air compressor that creates the vacuum inside the chamber takes only 2 seconds to remove all the air from the system. Once the vacuum process is finished, the filling of reservoirs and cartridges can start.
4) HIGH PRECISION
A high precision scale registers the quick filling process through an electronic display.
5) HEIGHT REGULATION
The scale installed inside the vacuum chamber may be regulated to receive several kinds of reservoirs found in the market, up to 33 cm high.
6) MAINTENANCE
The required maintenance is almost none. IN-VAC does not have programming electronic compounds, which are entitled to causing the most common system failures. The operator himself can provide the maintenance of the machine.
7) LOW COST
The technological solution used in the IN-VAC allows its very low cost.
8) CLEAN WORK AREA
As the reservoir to be filled is inside the vacuum chamber there is no pollution during the filling process. In a common filling process it is normal to find a very polluted work area, due to the mingle of the toner powder particles with the air. Mini IN-VAC filling process unables the air to stay inside the vacuum chamber, avoiding pollution of the work area.
9) SALUBRITY FOR THE OPERATOR
