Parai, the pioneer in using the vacuum recycling system for inkjet cartridges, has been granted the International quality award ISO 9001, by the German certifying company DQS.

A report elaborated by DQS proves Parai employed a strict quality system, fulfilling the ISO 9001:2000 requirements. This Certificate is accepted and respected all over the world.

To be under the rules of ISO 9001, Parai invested over 50 thousand dollars in the process. Hiring specialized counselors, auditors, improving the facilities and providing harder staff training.

The entire process was managed within 4 months.

ISO 9001 shows the great improvements Parai has made since its grand opening in 1996. Today, besides offering the best quality recycled cartridges one can find, Parai is the leader in the recycling business in Brasil and the top seller of recycling machines.

ISO 9001 also pledges our products and machines are internationally qualified as high quality products.

Nowadays, Parai sells machines for more than 60 countries and about 40% of its income lies on the international clientele.

Among the various qualities one can find in our cartridges, some are spot-lighted. Price, respect to the environment, ink storage capacity and technical support. Our cartridges cost less than 50% the price of a new one and they can store six times more ink. By purchasing a recycled cartridge, we are helping protect the environment, by not throwing them away. Plus, since it takes 5 liters of oil to manufacture the cartridge’s carcass, we are saving resources.
