TONER STATION VAC is a workstation that allows you to process toner cartridges in a clean, practical and organized working area and to fill them using the IN-VAC compact located inside the machine. TONER STATION VAC is a work environement and toner filling machine which may fill bottles or recipients with toner powder. Toner Station VAC allows the recycler to fill toner cartridges and recipients with such an advantage over other techniques currently known in the market.

HOW IT IS COMPOSED AND HOW IT WORKS?

This structure also has the function of protecting the station whenever it is transported, since its structure’s metallic bars involves the station. The structure also serves as a support base for the vacuum cleaner. This way it is quite easy to change the station’s position.The Toner Station layout gives the operator easy access to the several accessories that compose the machine.
EXHAUSTION SYSTEM
The Toner Station has an inner working environment free of floating toner powder.All the air in the interior of the station (contaminated by the floating toner powder particles in suspension) is drained by coolers place in the inside the exhaustion system and carried to a collecting box composed by a labyrinth system with magnetic elements.
The polluted air gets inside the collecting box leaving with almost no impurities.After hours of work, the collecting box shall be removed, so that the user can vacuum all the powder which is retained inside of it.
1) Wind Curtain
In the machine’s external area, the pure air that is in the level of the user’s face is drained by the frontal coolers which makes the air go down, forming a wind curtain that stops the particles in suspension located inside the machine from coming out.

2) Vacuum Cleaner
Below the Station there is a professional vacuum cleaner which is used to drain the powder residues left from the toner cartridges and from the cleanness of the machine. The vacuum cleaner, called IN-VAC, has been exclusively developed for this station.The vacuum cleaner has in its interior, a filter which holds back all particles of any toner powder existing in the market.
The filter has a 3kg storage capability and can be easily removed for cleaning. After it’s all cleaned, the filter may be used again for dozens of times. The filter that can be separately acquired is placed in the vertical position which guarantees a better toner powder absorption power.Only the vacuum cleaner hose is apparent and is very accessible to the operator.The vacuum cleaner is activated by switches strategically placed in the front display of the machine.
3) Station’s Rack
A rack is included with the machine and it will serve as base for the station.
(1) The rack is made of a zincified iron structure with an electrostatic paint.
(2) Four revolving wheels allows the operator to place the station in the desired position.
4) Tools and Accessories
A set of useful tools and accessories is included with the Toner Station:
(1) An electric screwdriver with different types of ends gives you speed and precision in the most common task of the cartridge un-assembling/re-assembling process.
(2) A Tool Set (screwdriver, pliers, clamps, brushes and hammers) are used in nearly all types of toner cartridges.
(3) A spinning cartridge holder, with a silicon base, to support toner cartridges.
THE IN-VAC COMPACT
HOW IT WORKS
INVAC fills, through a vacuum environment (The Vacuum Chamber), reservoirs and toner cartridges. This process can be done through the use of the four silos that accompany the system or through powder bottles. As the vacuum is formed inside the chamber, switches are opened to let the toner powder descend by suction. This is the very same technology used by PARAI for more than 7 years, for filling Ink Cartridges, which originated the conclusive patent PI 003237-9. This reservoir and cartridge filling process with toner powder enables a much BETTER QUALITY to the final product, due to the vacuum process which renders the particules the capacity of getting loose from one another making it possible for the vacuum system to suck them all from the air, avoiding polluting the work area and also preventing any damages to the operator’s health.

As the reservoir to be filled is inside the vacuum chamber there is no pollution during the filling process. In a common filling process it is normal to find a very polluted work area, due to the mingle of the toner powder particules with the air. IN-VAC filling process unables the air to stay inside the vacuum chamber, avoiding pollution of the work area.
7) SALUBRITY FOR THE OPERATOR
Toner powder sure is a risk for the human health. Thinking of this, we have created IN-VAC free of toner powder contact. Since there is no contact with the powder from the supplying of the silos to the filling of the reservoirs, the usage of this machine is risk free for the operator.
