Toner Station Light

The machine has an exhaust system, a vacuum cleaner specific for toner powder, electric screwdriver, spinning base for the cartridge and a tool kit. It also has a drum compartment and internal lights.

EXHAUST SYSTEM

The Toner Station III inner environment is free of floating toner powder.

All the air in the interior of the Toner Station Light (contaminated by the floating toner powder particles in suspension) is drained by coolers placed inside of the exhauster system and carried to a collection box composed by a labyrinth system with magnetic elements. The polluted air gets inside the collecting box leaving with almost no impurities.

After the work, the collection box should be removed for the user to vacuum all the powder retained inside.

WIND CURTAIN

In the machine’s external area, the pure air that is at the level of the user’s face is drained by the frontal coolers causing the air to go down forming a wind curtain. It is located inside the machine with main function to stop the particles in mid air preventing from getting it out.

VACUUM CLEANER

There is a professional vacuuming built-in the station that is used to drain the powder residues left over from the toner cartridges. The vacuuming system has in its interior a filter which holds back all particles of any toner powder currently existing on the market.
